The long awaited Malkoff Devices MD2! These flashlight bodies are specifically designed for the Malkoff series of Drop-Ins, and they were designed and are made right here in the U.S.A.!  Superior construction and manufacturing ensure dependable performance… these are beauties! 

These Camo versions are works of art!  The pattern is applied to each flashlight by hand, resulting in a unique finish for each flashlight.. no two are identical!

The MD2’s are made of 6061 T6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum, for outstanding durability.  Water is sealed out by a thick o-ring (one of the thickest we’ve seen!) at the body, and a rubber gasket seals out water at the front of the head.  The entire body and head are coated with Type II anodizing on the outside AND inside, giving it a tough coating that also prevents corrosion.  Threads are deep cut and very smooth… this is one nice flashlight!

THE MD2 DOES NOT COME WITH A DROP-IN. YOUR CHOICE OF MALKOFF DROP-IN MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.  OTHER BRANDS OF DROP-INS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE MD2 FLASHLIGHT.

The head of the MD2 does not have a lens, as a lens is not required.  The optic of the Malkoff Drop-Ins serves as a lens, and is sealed against the head by way of a threaded retaining ring and rubber gasket in the MD2.  If you really want to, you can install a 1” lens... but it’s not necessary.
