2.7V-4.2V Input (1 x 18650 or similar)

Fully regulated with a single 18650 or similar battery.

Three brightness levels (High/Medium/Low)  The low level on this drop-in is much lower than the 2.7-9V version.

Utilizes Cree's high output XP-G LED, in the R5 brightness bin, driven at 1.5 Amps!  Up to 493 lumens! (at the LED).

These are driven really hard, and should only be used in all-metal bodied flashlights to better dissipate the extra heat

OP (Orange Peel textured) reflector gives a fantastic beam profile, for a large "swath" of light. Very smooth, with bright spill and a large hotspot.

Note:  Not recommended for Surefire G2 or G2Z.  The drop-in will not properly contact the inner metal sleeve used in these flashlights.  This will result in erratic operation, or it may not function at all.  In addition, high-powered drop-ins produce a lot of heat and are not recommended for these plastic bodied flashlights.
